<p>PURPOSE: To update a data at high rate by directing the antennas of search radar and secondary radar in the opposite directions, deriving a signal from individual plat message and delivering the signal individually. CONSTITUTION: A radar 1 equipped with a primary antenna 2 comprises a transmitter/receiver, a detector, and a video processor and delivers a plot message including information of target position. A secondary radar 4 equipped with an SSR/IFF antenna 4, comprises a transmitter/receiver, and a video extractor and delivers a plot message including information of target position, identification code and altitude or additional data. The antennas 2, 4 are directed in the opposite directions. Plot message is delivered from the radars 1, 3 to a target track data processing unit 5.</p> |
