PURPOSE: To perform the micro step of a stepping motor by changing the desired value of a current into a sine wave form and comparing it with the actual value of a current to control a drive current. CONSTITUTION: A desired-value device 6 forms a desired value I' for a current I flowing through a winding L. The current I flowing through the winding L is detected by an actual-value device 5. The desired value I' of a current and is compared with the actual value I of a current by a comparator 7 to output the comparison result to a control circuit 4. By performing such control, a current which follows the desired value I' flows through the winding L of a stepping motor M. By changing the desired value I' into a sine wave form, better micro-stepping drive can be realized. |
