PURPOSE:To obtain the title composition outstanding in solvent resistance, releasability and stability with time, by admixing a microgel dispersant with a specific polymethylsiloxane. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition especially suitable for the process release sheets for suede synthetic leathers, can be obtained by admixing (A) 100 pts.wt. of a microgel dispersant with a mean particle size of pref. 2-5mu with (B) 0.1-10 pts.wt. of a polymethylsiloxane of the formula (m is 100-300; n is 2-10; R is <=15C alkyl). This composition is usable in even such a highly reactive system as a polyurethane resin sol, being excellent in releasability with a 60 degree specular surface reflectance of <=3%. |
