PURPOSE:To obtain the title substrate having a slight optical distortion (birefringence), slight warp by moisture absorption, excellent surface hardness, mechanical strength and heat resistance and moldable in a short time, by photo- setting a specific polymerizable compound. CONSTITUTION:A polymerizable compound expressed by formula I (X is expressed by formula II; R1 is H or CH3; R2 is H, 1-6C alkyl, phenyl, one expressed by formula III or IV; R3 is H or CH3; n is 0-3) is preferably injected between a transparent board and a stamper preserving a prefixed spacing by a spacer, irradiated with ultraviolet light and photo-set to afford the aimed substrate. |
