<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a well-proportioned fair copied picture by binarizing an input picture, making the sequence of points of coordinate values by tracing a line drawing which is made into a fine line, calculating the bent angle between a coordinate point on the sequence of points and a neighboring point, extracting an approximate segment, and eliminating an superfluous segment. CONSTITUTION:An original picture 11 is made into an electronic picture and inputted by a picture input part 12, binarized at a binarizing processing part 13, and made into the fine line at a fining processing part 14. A line tracing processing part 15 trace-processes the picture made into the fine line and makes the sequence of points of the coordinate values. An approximate segment extracting processing part 16 executes a curvature calculation at respective points on the sequence of points, regards one point having large curvature as the endpoint of the segment, and approximates the original picture 11 with a segment group. A fair copying preprocessing part 17 eliminates a noise component and a character component which is not made into the object of the fair copying from the segment group. A fair copying processing part 18 prepares the histogram of an attribute value while making the attribute value of each segment into a discrete value and executing deformation, calculates an entropy value from the histogram, decides whether the line drawing is well-proportioned or not, and executes the fair copying.</p> |
