<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a removing device for a caught matter over an obstacle on a transmission line by attaching two moving rollers to a frame, attaching guide rollers above the front and rear of the two moving rollers, and providing an operating rod and a cutter. CONSTITUTION:Two moving rollers 11 are supported at a predetermined interval in a moving direction between a pair of frames 10. Two guide rollers 12 are supported above the rollers 11 at the front and rear of the rollers 11. The rollers 11, 12 are formed in a small diameter at the centers to move on a transmission line 3. Further, an operating rod 13 for attaching a rope 15 to the frames 10, and a cutter 5 are provided. Thus, it can move over an obstacle, such as a counterweight on the line 3, thereby effectively removing a caught matter.</p> |
