PURPOSE:To obtain a silicone gel composition capable of providing a soft cosmetic excellent in stability and further smooth and refreshing feeling of use, usability and stability with time, by blending a specific organopolysiloxane polymer with a low-viscosity silicone oil. CONSTITUTION:A composition obtained by blending (A) 5-30wt.%, preferably 10-25wt.% organopolysiloxane polymer prepared by addition reaction of (A1) an organohydrogenpolysiloxane containing >=2 hydrogen atoms linked to silicon atom in one molecule with (A2) organopolysiloxane containing >=2 aliphatic unsaturated groups linked to silicon atom in one molecule with (B) 95-70wt.%, preferably 90-75wt.% low-viscosity silicone oil (e.g., dimethyl polysiloxane of a low polymerization degree) having <=50cSt viscosity. |
