PURPOSE:To correctly perform the construction by inserting reinforcing bars penetrating a formwork box and the pressure supporting wall of the formwork box into a groove, connecting the formwork box to another formwork box inserted previously with tie rods, then placing concrete at the back of the formwork box. CONSTITUTION:Tips of reinforcing bars 6 penetrate the pressure supporting wall 3 between both side plates 4 of a formwork box 2 with a nearly U-shaped cross section, the reinforcing bars 6 are connected to the formwork box 2. Deformed reinforcing bars 8 are protruded from the front and back faces through the pressure supporting wall 3. The formwork box 2 is inserted into a groove 1 and connected to another formwork box 2 inserted previously with tie rods 10. Concrete 13 is placed and hardened at the back of the digging advance direction of the formwork box 2, then crushed stone 17, a cover plate 14, a support section 15 and a guide section 19 are extracted from the groove 1. |
