PURPOSE:To obtain the title film suitable for packaging, condenser and base film of magnetic tape, etc., having excellent resistance to wear and runnability, containing particles of specific type and having specific range of standard deviation of height of the surface protrusion. CONSTITUTION:The aimed film contains silicone elastomer particles (preferably 0.1-5mum average particle diameter, 0.001-1.0wt.% content of the particles and <=800kg/mm<2> elastic modulus) and has <=2mum standard deviation of height of the surface protrusion. Preferably >=25wt.% of the silicone elastomer particle component is bifunctional organopolysiloxane. |
