PURPOSE:To terminate the execution of a micro processor for program evaluating when an error is discovered in a data length by providing a storing part for data length storing to store information making the designation of the data length valid or invalid. CONSTITUTION:According to address information from an address switching part 3, data length information and valid/invalid information to be treated by a program read out of a memory for program storing 2 are read from a memory for data length storing 4 and are inputted to a break deciding part 6. Besides, a microprocessor MPU for program evaluating 1 outputs execution data length information and supplies to the break deciding part 6 on executing the program. The deciding part 6 outputs a break indicating signal when the data length information from the memory 4 and the execution data length information from the MPU 1 are mismatch and the valid/invalid information is valid. A break processing part 7 to receive it outputs an emulation terminating signal and terminates the emulation of the MPU 1. |
