PURPOSE:To attain a complicated fare adjustment by providing a card storing medium to store mutual distance data between stations and fare tables for respective distances and a retrieving processing means to the main body of the title device and executing the fare adjustment only by an operation at an input part and verification at a display part. CONSTITUTION:When function keys are pressed, the selection of a station name is declared and a numerical character and the Japanese syllabary input key is pressed, the numerical character and the Japanese syllabary input key becomes a Japanese syllabary input key, and it also becomes a keyword for retrieving the station name and a line name. Further, both the Japanese syllabary and numerical character can be inputted by combining the function keys. A display part can be displayed 10 station names and 10 line names, and one to three numbers of card media are inserted into the main body of the device and connected to the main body. The mutual distance data between the stations and the fare tables for the respec tive distances are stored in the media. The mutual distance data between the stations are composed of first three characters of the station names described in the Japanese syllabary, KANJI (Chinese character) codes for the station names, the number of the lines to cross at the stations and the line codes for the lines, the distance data composed of the respective distances from the respective start point stations of the respective lines, etc. Thus, the device can be used for retrieving the station and the line and executing operations to know the distance between the stations when the fare adjustment is executed on a train. |
