摘要 <p>PURPOSE: To enhance the sensitivity to a component being measured and the accuracy of measurement of concentration thereof by disposing a membrane in the passage of mixed fluid such that the passage is split into two sections on the surface of membrane. CONSTITUTION: A light source 2 and a detector 4 are set, respectively, at the focal points of first and second parabolic mirrors 1, 5 and a space closed by a plane filter 3 and an IR transmitting window glass 6 is formed. Fluid passages where a membrane 7 for concentrating the component to be measured are formed on the opposite sides of the membrane 7 by fluid gaps 8, 9. A light beam having desired component radiated from the light source 2 is deflected by a mirror 1 into a parallel beam which passes through the filter 3. The beam passes through the fluid passages formed by the gaps 8, 9, the membrane 7 and the glass 6 and impinges on the inner surface of mirror 5. The beam is converged to the detector 4 set at the focal point.</p>
