PURPOSE:To execute the prompt proceeding of a conference by connecting personal computers and printers to a controller and plural child devices connected to the controller by a signal/power source bus cable and totaling, registering and printing voted data by an arbitrary child device. CONSTITUTION:When the agenda, items, etc., of the conference are voted, a controller 1 successively executes polling for respective child devices 2a, 2b,..., 2n. The called child devices 2a, 2b,..., 2n code keyboard data to indicate the will and the personal data of the principal with keyboards 6a and 6b and trans mit the coded data through a bus 3 to personal computers 4. The transmitted data are processed at the personal computers 4, and the total number of present persons, the number of absent persons, approval, objection, suggestion, reserva tion, etc., are displayed for the respective names of the present persons, and further, they are displayed collectively and printed. Consequently, the result is never known to anybody except a chairman and a clerk, and the prompt proceeding of the conference can be executed with the personal computers 4. |
