WARP KNITTED DUST-PROOFING CLOTHES

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain a knit fabric for dust-proofing clothes having excellent air-permeability and fittability to the body, by knitting a particular knit fabric with ultrafine filaments and electrically conductive organic filaments. CONSTITUTION:A knit fabric having an areal density of 70-180g/m<2> is produced by using a synthetic fiber filament having a single fiber fineness of 0.1-4de and an electrically conductive organic filament having a specific resistance of <=10<6>OMEGA.cm. The content of the electrically conductive organic filament in the knit fabric is 0.1-10wt.% and the air permeability of the fabric is adjusted to 4-30cc/cm<2> by selecting the kind of filament and the texture of the knit fabric. The electrically conductive organic filament can be produced by compounding a polyalkylene glycol or polyalkylene ether glycol and fine carbon powder to a polymer and spinning the composition.
