发明名称 TEMPORARY STOPPING METHOD FOR JOG FEED
摘要 PURPOSE:To enable the proper and safe locating of a tool and a workpiece at a contact or nearby position by applying the constitution wherein a control device stops temporarily the shift of a jog, using the detected input signal of a proximity sensor during jog feed as a jog stopping instruction. CONSTITUTION:When a jog operation switch 21 is turned on, a switching signal is inputted to a sequencer 24 through an I/O interface 23 and a jog is activated, thereby driving a servomotor 27 for a shift spindle via a CNC device 25 and a servo unit 26, and starting jog feed. On the other hand, a contact detecting sensor 22 detects that a grindstone comes in contact with a workpiece during the motion of a jog, a detected signal therefrom is inputted to the sequencer 24 via the I/O interface 23 and the sequencer 24 instructs a jog stop, and interrupts the motion of the servomotor 27 via the CNC device 25 and the servo unit 26. Thus, the grindstone and the workpiece can be properly located at a contact position.
