<p>PURPOSE:To simply manufacture the title color filter at low cost by using a photographic system by forming at least one color of blue, green and red by a developer containing at least two kinds of pigments which are varied from diffusivity to non-diffusivity. CONSTITUTION:An emulsion layer 26 corresponding to an opening part 25 of a photomask 24 which has been placed on a silver halide photosensitive material 23 having an emulsion layer 22 is exposed selectively. By a first developer, for instance, a developer containing a cyan pigment and a magenta pigment, the exposed part is developed to blue. Also, even if any developer of a developer for green and a developer for red is used, the development can be executed. In the same way, a formation of a chromatic part after second and third exposures is executed by a pigment developer. These pigment developers become alkali-insoluble and immobile since the pigment developer is oxidized, in a part where silver halide has been exposed. In such a way, a color filter of three colors or four colors can be manufactured at a low cost in a short process.</p> |
