PURPOSE:To prevent the welding crack at the welding structure manufacturing time, the reduction of a high temp. strength, etc., by limiting the delta ferrite amt. of a weld zone formed by welding of the welding material of an austenite stainless steel and welding metal. CONSTITUTION:The austenite stainless steel for structure contg. C, Si, Mn, Ni, Cr, Mo and N, and >=0.07% C+N amt. is welded by the welding material contg. 0.07-0.13% C+N among the same chemical composition with it and formed by limiting the delta ferrite amt. of this weld zone at 3-7%. The strength reduction, etc. during the high temp. using of about >=500 deg.C and the welding crack of a welding structure manufacturing time can thus be prevented. The contg. amt. of each element is taken at 0.01-0.03wt.% C, 0.1-1% Si, 1-2% Mn, 10-14% Ni, 16-18% Cr, 2-3% Mo and 0.01-0.1% N. |
