The heat-resisting synthetic resin is prepd. by reacting a synthetic resin compsn. with (I) to contain 500-50,000 ppm of P atoms and 500- 25,000 ppm of N atoms in the prod.. R1 and R2=selected from halo, C1-10 hydrocarbon, R3 and R4; R3 and R4=a gp. for monovalent ester- forming or H; A and B=0-10 org. residue; n1 and n2 = 0-4 integer.
