A process for preparing an olefinic resin compsn. comprises (a) partially-crosslinking the melting mixt. of 5-40 wt. parts crystalline polypropylen, 60-95 wt. parts olefinic rubber, 0.01-5 wt. parts organic peroxide and 1-30 wt. parts process oil, and (b) heat- treating in the extruder which is added with 0.01-5 wt. parts organic peroxide and 60-400 wt. parts organic peroxide. The resin compsn. has a good heat resistance and weather resistance and a high mechanical strength. The compsn. is useful for automobile parts.
