PURPOSE:To obtain a satisfactory expert system by making a basic deep knowledge and a slight knowledge on representitive conduct among design information of an equipment into a data base, ignoring a part of the deep knowledge so as to reconstitute the data base and storing information on the ignored part. CONSTITUTION:When the equipment and conduct are inputted, a basic data base storing the deep knowledge and an operation data base which is reconstituted by ignoring the part of said data base are collated, and information which coincides with an inputted conduct example if a part of conduct stored in the data base is ignored, whereby coincident information are newly stored in the operation data base. Two knowledges which have not been treated uniformly before are stored uniformly as an equation on the conduct of the equipment. The operation data base is automatically generated by the input of the conduct example. Furthermore, the expert system can predict in which way the equipment operates by using information of both data bases. |
