The invention relates to a dispensing control device to be fitted to a can containing a liquid to be dispensed to the exterior. It comprises a skirt 6 for fitting the device onto the said can 1, a first moving element 7, having a hinge 13 for articulation on the said skirt 6, in a rear zone of the latter, and comprising a tube 15 for taking liquid towards a dispensing orifice 18, and a second moving element 8 articulated on the said skirt 6 in a front zone of the latter, and in that the said first element 7 moves about the said hinge 13 towards an operating position under the effect of a pressure applied longitudinally in opposition to elastic means of return to a rest position, and in that the said second element 8 is elastically deformable under the effect of a pressure applied transversely between a locked position in which it locks the first element in the rest position and an unlocked position releasing its displacement into the operating position, the said second element 8 comprising at least one stiffening pillar 25 capable of bearing on a collar 3 of the can and of pivoting on the latter during the said deformation from the locked position to the unlocked position. <IMAGE>
