The adjuster generates various kind of pulses, utilizing a single pulse generator, optical fibers, and a light emission device. The adjuster includes a laser diode (2) for converting the electric pulse generated by a single pulse generator (1) to a single light pulse, a collimator (3) for converting the light pulse to parallel light beam, an optical fibers (4a-4c) with different lengthes, a light strength adjuster (5) having fine tuning knobs (5a-5c), a condensing lens (6), a pulse adjustment unit (7) for converting condensed beam to electric pulses, and a signal processing unit (9) for controlling the pulse adjustment unit.
