<p>PURPOSE:To enable delivery of ID cards by a few number of people in a short time and maintain the high quality of a face photograph of an applicant to be stored by the deliverer by preparing an ID card with a printer after synthesizing various ID data and a face image and providing a storage means to store face image data and various ID data. CONSTITUTION:Required descriptions are entered on an application form by an applicant. Then an aptitude test is performed and its results are described in an application form. After this, an operator sets the application form in a scanner to allow it to read the data area of the application form. During scanning, the operator takes a photograph of the applicant using a camera 1. The face image is displayed on a monitor 3 and the operator freezes the image as a frozen image while observing the monitor 3. At an image processing device 2, the face image from the camera 1 and license data from a controller 5 are electrically synthesized based on a format of a license, and the synthesized picture is output to a printer 4 as image data. The printer 4 prints this image data to prepare the license.</p> |
