LAMINATE EXCELLENT IN SMELL KEEPING PROPERTY AND HEAT SEAL PROPERTY

PURPOSE:To obtain the laminate excellent in smell keeping property and heat seal strength by a method in which a first resin layer of linear saturated polyester resin with a specified glass transition temperature and a second resin layer of adhesive polyolefin resin are mutually laminated to the substrate for package so that the first resin layer becomes the outermost surface layer. CONSTITUTION:A first resin layer 2 made of linear saturated polyester resin having 40 deg.C or higher of glass transition temperature and a laminated resin layer 3 of a second resin layer made of adhesive polyolefin resin laminated directly on the first resin layer, are laminated so that the first resin layer of the laminated resin layer becomes the outermost layer. When various kinds of vessels or package bags, etc. are formed with the laminate 1, the side of the substrate for package becomes the layer of the outer peripheral surface. That is, the laminate is used so that the side of the laminated resin layer 4 in package becomes the layer of inner peripheral surface. The resin layer 2 of linear saturated polyester resin in the laminated resin layer provides the action excellent in smell keeping property.
