PURPOSE:To insert a squared pin at a high speed and simplify construction, by performing every action in which a cutter cylinder is actuated by 1 stroke of a main cylinder to cut and drive the squared pin into a base plate. CONSTITUTION:A cutter cylinder 52 is actuated to both advance a movable cutter 41 and operate a main cylinder 2, and the point end of a squared pin wire 3 placed and stopped in a squared pin receiving groove 45 is cut to a prescribed length, while a cut squared pin 50 is inserted into a guide groove 46, and the pin 50 in a guide 18 is driven to a base plate 70 by dropping of a pressing bar 11. |
