PURPOSE:To improve sensitivity for visible rays of a photopolymerizable compsn. by incorporating a specified ethylenic unsatd. compd., an org. peroxide, and a p-aminophenyl unsatd. ketone compd. into the photopolymerizable compsn. CONSTITUTION:At least one kind of ethylenic unsatd. compd. which is gaseous at room temperature, an org. peroxide contg. a group expressed by formula I, and a p-aminophenyl unsatd. ketone compd. expressed by the formula II, are incorporated into a photopolymerizable compsn. In formula I and II, Ar is an unsubstituted phenyl or a 1-4C alkyl group, etc.; each R1 and R2 is H or 1-5C alkyl group; R3 is a methylidine group or a 1-5C alkylene-ylidine group capable of forming a ring together with a carbonyl group by bonding with R4; R4 is C atom. or (un)substituted phenyl group, or a group which forms indanone or tetralone residue together with R3 and a carbonyl group; R5 is the formula III (wherein each R6 and R7 is H or 1-5C alkyl group). Thus, a photopolymerizable compsn. having high sensitivity for visible rays permitting the use of a low energy exposing light source is obtd. |
