PURPOSE:To control furnace heat in a blast furnace at high accuracy and to facilitate addition and revision of rules by executing the prescribed inference as artificial intelligence from the processed data prepared from various data and the knowledge data based on the experiences, etc., in the blast furnace. CONSTITUTION:The data from sensor in the blast furnace 1 are taken in data inputting means 11, 12 and further, the processed data showing the blast furnace condition are prepared with processed data preparing means 14, 16. After once storing these processed data into memory means 24, the furnace heat level and the furnace heat shifting are inferred with inferring means 26 based on the above processed data and the knowledge bases from storing means 22 to decide an action rate to the blast furnace 1. This action rate is outputted into a digital measuring instrument 32 containing hot blast control part through output means 18. Further, the above knowledge base storing means 22 contains the various judging knowledge bases and has each rule for deciding the various action rates from these. By this method, the furnace heat control having high accuracy corresponding to the actual furnace condition can be executed. |
