<p>PURPOSE:To make workability of the title lining favorable and enable continuous holding of the same stably and reliably for a long period of time by enduring sufficiently underground water pressure without having an adhesive agent, by a method wherein a hard tube inserted up to a pipe opening of a base end of a branch pipe part is expanded by heating and pressurizing the same from the inside through an expandable, shrinkable and heat-resistant tube. CONSTITUTION:A hard tube 1 possesses the outside diameter which is almost the same as the inside diameter of a branch pipe part (c) or smaller than that and a heat-resistant tube 2 which is expandable and shrinkable extending over the whole length is inserted into the hard tube 1 prior to insertion of the hard tube 1. A matter made of heat-resistant rubber is suitable for the tube 2. A front plug 3 is provided on a protrusion 2a of the tip of the heat-resistant tube 2 and outserted over a heat- resistant hose 4 whose other end is pulled outward. Then when steam is supplied within the heat-resistant tube 2, the same is discharged outside while heating the outside hard tube 1. After softening of the hard tube 1 through heating by steam heating in such manner, when steam pressure is increased, the hard tube 1 is expanded and the inside of the branch pipe (c) is lined.</p> |
