CONTROL CIRCUIT FOR ELECTRIC CONVERTER

PURPOSE:To simplify circuit constitution and to execute low cost by giving simultaneously an on gate signal to a switch element to constitute a separate excitation converter and a switching element to constitute a self-excitation converter and sharing a firing angle adjusting circuit. CONSTITUTION:The control angle of a self-excitation converter (second rectifier) 51 and the control angle of a separate excitation converter (first rectifier) 41 always have a phase difference 180 deg.(pi). The on gate signal can be simultaneously given to switching elements U1-Z1 to constitute the separate excitation converter 41 and switching elements U2-Z2 to constitute the self-excitation converter 51 in the reverse parallel connection relation for the switching elements U1-Z1 by a firing circuit. Thus, the circuit is simplified and the decrease in cost can be realized.
