<p>PURPOSE:To position a mask aperture on a specified position at high accuracy by setting a scale plate on a jig with window having a window corresponding to a film carrier, superposing a light transmitting plate on said plate and positioning a mask sheet by referring to a printed photograph where sectioned scale is printed. CONSTITUTION:A pattern printed area and a character printed area are determined on a section scale plate 44 by printing photograph on the sectioned scale plate 44. Next, the light transmitting plate 45 and the mask sheet 46 are superposed on the sectioned scale plate 44 by using the jig with window 41. After the mask sheet 46 is positioned so that the mask aperture 46a coincides with each area, the mask sheet 46 is made to bond to the light transmitting plate 45. Thus, the accurate mask where the mask aperture 46a is precisely positioned can be produced.</p> |
