PURPOSE:To restrain the abnormal temperature rise caused by the catalytic action of a binder contained in a conductive paste during combustion process from occurring thereby preventing any de-lamination from occurring by a method wherein the conductive paste containing a phosphorus base flame retarder is used to form an inner electrode. CONSTITUTION:A conductive paste with phosphorus base flame retarder added thereto is used to form an inner electrode. When the phosphorus base flame retarder is added to the conductive paste, the steep rise to abnormal temperature can be restrained from occurring since the combustion due to the abrupe heat generating reaction caused by the catalytic action of a metal powder such as palladium, etc., contained in the conductive paste can be retarded. As said phosphorus base flame retarder, either one of ammonium phosphide, triethyl phosphate, tricresyl phosphate, tris(beta-chloroethyl) phosphate, tridichloropropyl phosphate, cresyldiphenyl phosphate, and octyldiphenyl phosphate is applicable. |
