In a method or an apparatus for measuring the gas loading of a fluid in the processing of filled and unfilled fluids, the fluid is conveyed into a measurement chamber having a defined volume and is exposed to a pressure until a prescribed maximum measurement pressure is reached in the measurement chamber.
