Covering for a stair

A covering for a stair having a treadboard and an endboard is distinguished in that there is fastened, on the treadboard, a metal profiled angle moulding which, on one leg, is connected fixedly to the underside of the treadboard and, on its other leg, exhibits protrusions on which to push the endboard provided with corresponding cutouts, and in that a gap which receives a non-slip moulding is provided between the end side of the treadboard and the rear side of the endboard.
