发明名称 RARE EARTH AND IRON-BASED RESIN-BONDED MAGNET
摘要 PURPOSE:To enhance the rustproofness by applying a rustproof organic bonding material to the surface of a magnet powder. CONSTITUTION:One-5wt.% of an organic resin where an epoxy resin, a phenol resin and a polyester resin as main ingredients have been mixed with 2-70wt.% of fluorine is added to and mixed with a magnet powder which has been composed basically of a rare-earth metal, iron and boron and which has been prepared by a superquenching method. A binder is added to the resin and kneaded; in succession, the mixture is molded and compressed by using a metal mold constituted by an upper punch 1, a lower punch 2, a die 3 and the like. By this setup, a rustproof organic bonding material is formed inside a magnet 5, i.e. on the surface of the magnet powder; accordingly, the rustproofness can be enhanced without applying a coating to the surface of the magnet.
