PURPOSE:To write data in an electronic business form as having the sense of copying interposing carbon paper in a case of the writing of a second sheet and after by displaying the format of the business form of a first sheet on a CRT at the time to begin the business form and storing the input of an item to which one-writing attribute is set. CONSTITUTION:According to the designation of a user, a business form data generating part 5 reads in the designated format 21 from a business form format storage part 9, and displays the first sheet of the duplicate of the business form on the CRT 2. Simultaneously, a one-writing initial setting part 6 generates a one-writing data storage part 11. When the data is inputted to the item from an inputting part 1 and attribute set information 25 in item definition information C is ON, a one-writing data registering part 7 generates index information, and registers it in a one-writing data post table 10, and stores the input data sin the storage part 11. After the finish of the input of the business form data of the first sheet, a one-writing data duplicating part 8 duplicates the date for the item to which the one-writing attribute is set from the next business form to the final business form. Through this constitution, trouble for inputting is reduced, and the correctness of the data is improved. |
