<p>PURPOSE:To prevent interlaminar delamination due to an impact, by forming the intermediate layer, which is positioned between inner and outer surface layers composed of thermoplastic polyester (D), from a composition (C) prepared by compounding a specific saponified resin (B) with a specific saponified ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer (A). CONSTITUTION:An EVOH composition (C), which is prepared by blending 5-40 pts.wt. of an ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer and/or a saponified ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer (B) satisfying formulae (I)-(IV) with 100 pts.wt. of a saponified ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer [EVOH(A)], is used in the intermediate layer sealed between inner and outer surface layers composed of thermoplastic polyester (PES). In the formulae (I)-(IV), MI(A) and MI(B) are the melt index values (2160g, 190 deg.C) (g/10min) of the resins (A), (B), MP(A) and MP(B) are the melting or softening points ( deg.C) of the resins (A), (B), CH(A) and CH(B) are the C2H4 contents (mol%) of the resins (A), (B), and DS(A) and DS(B) are the saponification degrees (%) of the resins (A), (B).</p> |
