PURPOSE:To shorten the transmitting and receiving time of information to/from a storage medium by supplying the information to be written to a second storage control equipment of a second system as a backup information so as to store it in a storage device when the information is written in the storage medium by a first storage control equipment in a first system. CONSTITUTION:When an IC card 4-1 is inserted into a terminal machine 3-1, next, a connection request is sent from the terminal equipment 3-1 to an arithmetic processing computer 11. Since the communication control equipment of the computer 11 connects a CPU and the terminal equipment 3-1 after confirming that the CPU in the computer 11 is not operating, the information can be interchanged between the computer 11 and the card 4-1. Next, the computer 11 performs the collating processing of the card 4-1, and identification information read from the card 4-1 by the collating processing is sent from the computer 11 to a storing computer 21. Next, the computer 11 reads general information from the card 4-1, and performs the arithmetic processing of it, and writes it. Then, the same information as the information to be written in the card 4-1 is transmitted to the computer 21 as the backup information. |
