PURPOSE:To increase conductivity and to prevent the coming off of an active material by mixing a specified amount of an alkali resistant metal fibers in a paste-state active material. CONSTITUTION:Alkali resistant metal fibers having a length of 2-4mm is mixed with a paste-state active material in a mixing ratio of 0.2-0.5% by weight based on the active material. This active material paste is applied to both sides of a conductive substrate 2, that is, a punched metal prepared by perforating 1.5-3.0mm holes in a 0.05-0.1mm thick steel plate. In this paste type plate, metal fibers mixed in the paste are entangled in the holes of the substrate and the coming off of the active material is prevented and reliability is increased. The conductivity of a plate is increased and the coming off of the active material is prevented. |
