发明名称 PROCESSING SYSTEM FOR OSI INTEGER VALUE DATA
摘要 PURPOSE:To realize an encoding process in the processing procedure having no dependence on the architecture by taking out the lowest octet while shifting the integer value data every 8 bits to store the lowest octet in a character type array and skipping the invalid elements. CONSTITUTION:The integer value data is shifted by an integer value data shift means so that the data is set successively from the highest octet through the lowest one. Then the lowest octet is taken out of the shifted integer value data and stored in a character type array at and after the head element by a character type array storing means 3. When all octets are stored, an invalid element skipping means 4 skips such own element where 9 bits including all bits of the own element of the character type array and the highest bit of the next element are all equal to 1 or 0. Thus it is possible to encode the integer value data into the integer value expressed in the encoding expression of ASN. 1 (abstract syntax notation one) in the processing procedure having no dependence on the architecture of a computer.
