PURPOSE:To drop a voltage and to speed up by tilting a recording electrode in the revolving downstream direction of a medium to be recorded, applying a magnetic field in the tilting direction, selectively applying a voltage to the recording electrode and forming an image. CONSTITUTION:Toner 1, which is contained in a hopper 2 is conveyed onto a guiding member 4, and in the next place, a toner banking part is formed at the edging part of a recording head. A toner chain 1b which contributes to recording in the lowest downstream side is formed along the slope of the recording electrode 5c, and in said condition, a voltage is selectively applied to the electrode 5c. Resultantly, the toner 1c into which electric charge is injected is moved to a downstream side by drum 8 turning in condition that the toner 1c is attached onto the drum 8. Out of the toner on the drum 8, unnecessary non-electrified toner 1d is attached to the sleeve 10b of a magnetic roll 10a and is eliminated. Therefore, a clean recorded image is obtained on the drum 8. An image due to the toner is transferred onto a recording sheet 13 when the toner 1c is situated at a transferring roll 14. |
