PURPOSE:To obtain the above composition having excellent capability to prevent the precipitation of boric acid and to keep the viscosity level even at low temperature, by compounding organic boric acid esters, polyethers, etc., with specific amounts of specific glycol diethers and specific amine compound. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition having high wet boiling point and satisfying DOT-4 and 5 of the U.S. FMVSS specifications can be produced by compounding a composition composed mainly of organic boric acid esters, glycol ethers and polyethers with (A) 5-50% of one or more kinds of polyoxyalkylene glycol diethers of formula (R and R' are 1-4C alkyl; OR2 is 2-4C oxyalkylene; m is 2-8) and (B) 3-20% of one or more compounds selected from diisopropanolamine, N-(1-4C)alkyl-diethanolamine and N-di(1-4C) alkyl-monoethanolamine. |
