PURPOSE:To increase capacity in spite of the same dimension by denting the inner surface of a synthetic resin frame except for its welding part in a large circular arc. CONSTITUTION:The part 3b used for welding and the part 3a used for covering the edge of a metal plate 1 to prevent short circuit are required to install at the edge of a frame 3. However, since these parts 3b, 3a are unnecessary in the frame other than a welding part 3c, the inner surface of the frame other than the part 3c is dented in a large circular arc to increase the inner volume of a battery container. In spite of the same outer dimension, the capacity of a battery is increased by increasing the volume of an electrolyte and the size of plates. |
