PRODUCTION OF THIN SUPERCONDUCTING OXIDE FILM

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain a thin superconducting oxide film having a desired compsn. and oriented along the C axis by applying paste contg. a rare earth element, an alkaline earth metal other than Ra and Cu in a prescribed ratio to the surface of a substrate and by heat-treating the paste. CONSTITUTION:Paste contg. fine particles of Ln (one or more kinds of rare earth elements, Ae (one or more kinds of alkaline earth metals other than Ra) and Cu is prepd. Ln, Ae and Cu are contained in the paste so as to satisfy a compsn. consisting of <16.6mol.% Ln, >50mol.% Cu and the balance Ae. The paste is applied to the surface of a substrate and heat-treated in an atmosphere contg. oxygen.
