PURPOSE:To protect a total heat exchange element and a sensible heat exchange element from dusts and the like of external air through one filter by providing, within an indoor air passage, a first damper for switching a blast passage, which performs the control of introduction of indoor air in a total heat exchange element, and a second damper for switching a blast passage, which performs the control of introduction of indoor air in a sensible heat exchange element. CONSTITUTION:At the time of total heat exchange ventilation, outdoor air is sucked through an outdoor side suction port 6 and is passed through a filter 1, a total heat exchange element 4 and a sensible heat exchange element 5. Then, air is supplied through an indoor side discharge port 19. Indoor air passes the upper side of a blast passage switching damper 3 through an indoor side suction port 8, a passing the total heat exchange element 4 by a damper to conduct a total heat exchange with outdoor air and being discharged through an outdoor side discharge port 7. At the time of a sensitive heat exchange ventilation, outdoor air is sucked through an outdoor side suction port 6 and is passed through the filter 1, total heat exchange element, and sensible heat exchange element 5. Air is supplied through an indoor side discharge port 19. Indoor air passes the sensible heat exchange element 5 from the indoor side suction port 8 by the damper 3 to conduct sensible heat exchange with outdoor and is discharged through the outdoor side discharge port 7. At the time of normal ventilation, dampers 2 and 3 are placed in closed state. |
