PURPOSE:To prevent the fuel to be supplied to an engine from being mixed with bubbles by providing the fuel passage of a fuel rail at a position higher than a liquid introduction port and also inserting a part of a foreign material exclusion filter into the fuel passage. CONSTITUTION:A fuel injection device 4 is connected to a fuel rail 3, and the fuel passage 5 of the fuel rail 3 is provided at a position higher than a fuel introduction port 15, and a part of a vapor exclusion filter 14 is inserted into the fuel passage 5. Since even if the temperature of an engine is raised, the fuel passing through the fuel passage 5 is relatively low in temperature due to the heat radiation function of the fuel rail 3 and, moreover, even if the bubbles of vapor generated in a device 33 for fuel injection is stuck to the filter 14 when passing through a part of the filter 14, the bubbles are discharged to the fuel passage, which prevents the contamination of the bubbles in the fuel to be supplied to the engine and stabilizes the starting characteristic of the engine. Even if being fallen into disorder due to the bubbles in the fuel passage 5, the flow of the fuel is stabilized in the vicinity of the introduction port 15 of liquid fuel located at a position lower than the fuel passage 5. |
