发明名称 Diet bread prodn.
摘要 The bread is made by mechanically destroying the graminaceous corn to form a cereal prod. with a density of 350-550 kg/cu.m. and a semolina content of 10-40 wt.%. This is soaked in a medium which allows the corn dough formed to be kept at pH 4-6, and then kneaded with flour and recipe additives, in ratio of corn dough to flour of 30:70 to 70:30. The dough is sepd. stood in a tin and baked.
