The tubular profiled member is for frames, slatted doors etc. Its two edges forming the recess (5) for the slats in the narrow side (4) are offset from each other in the direction parallel to the wide sides. Thus one wide side is narrower than the other one. The narrow side (4) can be stepped, or alternatively run obliquely between the wide sides.
