摘要

PURPOSE:To increase the yield of glucose by accelerate the saccharification in the presence of a specific a saccharide transferase in the saccharification of starch with glucoamylase. CONSTITUTION:A saccharide transferase with can transfer alpha-1,4-glucoside bond is obtained by culturing a microorganism in Bacillus such as Bacillus megaterium (FERM BP-1672). The enzyme is combined with glucoamylase and they are used in starch saccharification at 30-35w/v% starch concentration, 4-5pH and 55-60 deg.C for 2-4 days.
