PURPOSE:To produce bread crumb having high nutritive value and good flavor even in use for fried food, by producing bread by using flour of unpolished rice or rice with germs as a raw material. CONSTITUTION:Unpolished rice or rice with germs is sufficiently dried and made into flour by a mill. Then about 70% of the prepared flour of unpolished rice or flour of rice with germs is blended with about 30% wheat flour and rich bread is produced by a conventional procedure. Then, the prepared bread is cut into a proper shape, sufficiently dried in a drying chamber at about 40-50 deg.C and ground into a powdery state of proper particle size. |
