<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a video signal with high resolution in any case using a static image and a movable image by executing the field offset sampling of a video signal inputted through a space filter whose pass band is controlled based on the moving distance of an input video signal. CONSTITUTION:A coefficient unit 305 outputs a value obtained by multiplying a movement factor K outputted from a movement detector 304 by an output of a space filter 302 and a factor unit 306 outputs a value obtained by multiplying a movement factor 1-K by an output of a space filter 303. Namely, the output of the space filter 302 with a narrow band is increased in case of large movement or the output of the space filter 303 with a wide band is increased in case of small movement as an output of an adder 307. Thereby, the pass band of the space filter 302 is narrowed in case of a large moving distance to prevent the generation of return interference, and in case of a small moving distance, the pass band of the space filter 302 is expanded to transmit an image with high resolution.</p> |
